Upon receipt of your photos, the designated artist will contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm your requirements and order details.
Our artists will carefully craft your wool felt to ensure that the details match the pictures sent by the customer as much as possible.
We are almost there! Ready to ship! We will ship out the masterpiece via reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex or other local carriers to ensure a timely and safe delivery.
